Making a payment

I’ve been trying to make a payment for a week now and the payment page is somehow frozen and doesn’t allow me to pay.  I’ve used this payment method many time before without any problems.

please advise

Hi there @jeffreyhardy, thank you for reaching out, we are so sorry you have contacted us about a problem. If you're experiencing issues with a payment page freezing, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
 

-Sometimes, simply refreshing the page can resolve temporary glitches.

- Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can help eliminate any corrupted data that might be causing the issue.

- If the problem persists, try accessing the payment page using a different web browser or device.

- Some browser extensions can interfere with web pages. Try disabling them temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.

- Ensure that your internet connection is stable. A weak connection can cause pages to load improperly.

- Make sure your web browser is up to date, as outdated versions can lead to compatibility issues.

 

If none of the above steps work, please do let us know so that we can take over and help out.  If possible, consider using an alternative payment method to complete your transaction. You can call in using the number provided below to the Collections team and they will further assist you.
