I am trying to respond to emails sent to me by customerrelations@swrailway.com because I am trying to claim money back for a hotel stay overnight. Although I am responding to them including the invoice I am getting an email from them saying that they will close the case if they don't hear from me within 28 days. I know I am sending the emails but somehow my emails I send keep getting blocked. I am getting very frustrated because other emails I send to other people receive them. Can someone advise me please?

Perhaps try sending them from a Gmail / yahoo / Hotmail account, if need be explaining the situation, @Sheila30.
There have been similar problems for some other customers, but you'll need to wait for staff to come back after the weekend to begin to look into it for you.
For them to identify your account, please complete your community forum profile details. Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
