Trying to send e-mail but message saying email address blocked from sending mail

I've accessed your account and noticed that your case was escalated to SMC (Service Management Centre Case Management), I'm really sorry it's taking this long for them to call you however rest assured they will contact you as I see the case is still active. What they normally do is investigate how they can resolve the matter and afterwards contact you with a resolution. The person you spoke to already did the work so all we have to do now is wait for them to give the call. 😇
