Bounced messages due to the Vade Threat List

I am a member of a club that uses Groups.io to communicate. It has a facility for forwarding a message posted on a group to all the members in the group. I have intermittently not been receiving messages forwarded by Groups.io because they have been bounced back. 3 batches of messages were bounced on 9th, 11th and 12th Nov although I received a few messages between batches. Groups.io logged the bounced messages with the reason as:
mx001.tt.xion.oxcs.net: 550 5.7.1 Connection refused - [45.79.224.7] blocked by Vade Threat List -

OXSEU001_101 - https://postmaster-oxseu.vadesecure.com/inbound_error_codes/#_101

It appears that the Vade Threat List is incorrectly identifying these message as spam. They are not spam. Is this the same issue of messages not received as has been flagged up by various other users?

Hi Ady,
Coincidentally, I have just opened a letter from Virgin Money that says their emails to me have not been delivered. This is the repeat of a letter I received a month or so ago which advised me to add savings@savingsemails.virginmoney.com to my address book, which I did, but clearly that hasn't worked.

Thanks Ady,

I have suspeceted TalkTalk uses an over enthusiastic spam filter before messages hit my inbox/spam folder since I have had emails not be delivered on occasions in the past, and they're the ones I know about. In fact I posted on here back at the beginning of the year about a friend's Gmails that I never received.
