Broadband customer being asked to pay for emails

Im a broadband customer and have a red message line on my talktalk email account saying I will lose ability to send emails by 28th July if I dont pay a fee, according to my account as a broadband customer email is included free with my package.

I am also a broadband customer and have lost the ability to send emails this should be free with my package
