Broadband customer being asked to pay for emails

Im a broadband customer and have a red message line on my talktalk email account saying I will lose ability to send emails by 28th July if I dont pay a fee, according to my account as a broadband customer email is included free with my package.

Please start your own topic and the support team will look into this for you.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. I am also a broadband customer and have lost the ability to send emails this should be free with my package
