i have exactly the same problem. One minute Windiws Live is working on two different PCs two different E:mails - now despite messages being visable on the webmail Windows live can't download any of them. It can send (confirmed as it appears on the webmail) but not receive.

WLM is not supported as it cannot handle secure mail and as a result your mailboxes may well be limited to webmail only access. Try setting up Thunderbird and use the recommended email settings from TalkTalk.
