After Fibre upgrade my TT internet went down for 12 days. Having no connectivity, I logged into "My account" on a laptop using 4g from my phone, and went to Webmail to get my emails. Would not load, so changed password and tried again. No go. Set up Thunderbird email client on laptop, with new creds, and still not working. Now here is the funny thing. When connectivity was resumed, and went to Thunderbird email on my desktop, logged straight into and got my emails with old creds. Including 3 emails from TT saying I had changed my password? So, how did that happen, and how can I change my passwords? Any thoughts and advice appreciated.
