Had issues receiving forgotten password email from

Quidco for last 10days, Quidco finally said it’s an issue with my email. Was onto support for an hour with no resolution. I have no other way of logging into my account without changing the password and I’m getting extremely frustrated- talktalk saying it’s Quidco’s issue their end!!

hoping someone on her can advise

@siphosethu-TT  and @mandisa1-TT, can you make sure that you are clicking on the right response in this thread?

I keep seeing "in response to Gliwmaeden2" instead of the OP's post, and that can become confusing for people trying to follow the thread.

Can you check your TalkTalk Internet access for me now and let me know if it works? You can do this by trying to reload the site or application you were experiencing problems with, or trying to search for something on the Internet.

No emails in spam

If they did appear we could whitelist the emails and perhaps you could set up a filter rule, so emails are redirected to your iCloud emails address in case you don't want the inconvenience of constantly going into webmail for important emails. We don't offer that much support on third party apps/programs, I'll focus mainly on webmail so we can run diagnostics if required okay.

@Philile-TT

The customer was responding to a thread owned by anoth customer and was asked to start their own thread for help.

This is that thread so I don't believe it should be closed.

@Heatherjacko

Webmail is via TalkTalk 's webpage and not via an app. It is accessed via your browser. Is this what you mean when logging in using chrome?

You can access it here.

When logging in here can you see any quidco mails in your inbox or in spam / junk folders?
