Can't remember Webmail password and unable to reset either

I am trying to logon and get a pin number.   I have recently changed / renewed my account and need my pin number for tv stations

Just clarify for us. Is this an email mailbox sign in issue and you've forgotten the password to a TalkTalk Mail mailbox? And if you try the 'Forgot your password' link from the sign in page you see only the one option to send a reset link to the email address hinted at that you cannot access?

I'm asking in case this is not an email service issue.
