Cancel Subscription to Everymail

Hello

Can someone please tell me how I cancel my subscription to Everymail subscription. I have logged in to my email account however I cannot see anywhere where I can even contact them. I login to my account and there is nothing shown there. 

I have already paid a monthly subscription but after having my current email address from the beginning one of them is a tinyworld email address, I wish to move away from TalkTalk.

I can't log in as I'm not registered.

My info came from a google search and using Everymails help / support pages.

I just wished to help and point you in the right direction and manage your expectations of what help TalkTalk can offer you after you have transferred.

I have found what you were saying, the thing is don't login then you can see the support button.  In true fashion filled out all the information required then got told live help not available until Monday

Thank you for your prompt help. However I have logged into my account on a pc and mobile and cannot see any chat help or anyway to contact anyone, how did you see the chat help function

Everymail is not under TalkTalk control and you can't cancel via them. They cannot offer support once you are signed up yo Everymail.

A quick google search suggests you have to log into your Everymail account and cancel there. They also have a chat function once you are logged in if you need more help.
