Cannot load my email/webmail inbox on my laptop - but can use my android mobile phone to access .

Hi,

 

I cannot sign into my webmail via my laptop:

 

  1. I click on the shortcut link on my desktop and I am taken to https://new.talktalk.co.uk/ which is normal
  2. On the taskbar at the top,  just to the left of "MyAccount" is the "Mail" link.
  3. When I click on the "Mail" link 
  4. Google tries to open the following https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite/
  5. But I only get a spinning circle in the centre of an otherwise blank white screen.
  6. However I can access my email via my android mobile phone.

Can anyone suggest what is causing the problem and a possible solution?

Hi Ady,

 

So I opened my Google Chrome settings and cleared cache, cookies and browsing history and tried to access the webmail via Google Chrome and I am glad to say it worked and I am able to access my webmail via Google Chrome again.

Hi Ady-TalkTalk,

 

So my operating system is 

Edition Windows 11 Home

Version 22H2

Installed on 09/‎03/‎2023

OS Build 22621.2283

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22662.1000.0

 

The browser is

Google Chrome is up to date
Version 117.0.5938.63 (Official Build) (64-bit)
 
The above Google Chrome which is my primary search engine is still NOT allowing my webmail to open.
 
 I did try using Firefox search engine and it DID allow me to access my webmail the version was as follows:
Firefox 117.0.1 (64-bit)
 
I would to use Google Chrome and would be grateful if you could provide a solution.

Hi Ady-TalkTalk,

So I tried to use Firefox browser and I was able to sign into my webmail inbox.

 

I noticed someone else has had a similar problem and it was resolved after they cleared their cache - so I will try that also.

Hi Alan, have you tried another browser? If yes please let me know the OS version along with the browsers and versions.
