Please can someone resolve my issue. I have subscribed to keep my current email address on a monthly charge and yet It still says that I cannot send emails.
Please can this be looked into urgently.

Hey there, @Mike6768. Please contact the Everymail Support team using the link below. Currently, TalkTalk no longer has access or the tools to assist you with your email, as it is now managed by Everymail.

There seem to be backlogs for both companies processing the information both for those keeping emails associated with a current Talktalk broadband service and those, like you, who have left and need to subscribe to Everymail.
Have a spare, free email address to respond to important contacts meanwhile, while they sort out the mess.
Having subscribed to Everymail, only that company can get your access for sending sorted, and it's taking a lot of time.

Thank you for replying. I have subscribed to them and infact have had a confirmation of the direct debit.
