Cannot send emails using Mail app

Hi. I am unable to send emails from my talktalk email account on my mail app (iOS). It keeps telling me that the password is incorrect for the smtp server. I can login to webmail fine and I can receive emails sent to me. Just cannot send. Have triple checked all details and they are all correct. Please assist asap. Many thx

Hi Gigi29, have you tried removing the account and then adding it back after a reboot?
