Hi fcjen, the device should be able to meet the security needs and Divsec has provided the link to the email settings you shouldn't need anything else. If it continues to fail please let us have the exact error message.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
