Got a message on my talktalk webmail page that i need to subscribe to everymail by 26th May or lose ability to send email, i was told last month that as a talktalk main account holder this wouldn't apply, i take it i was told wrong and i have to pay £5 a month

@mantagte1 and @Pash02, Talktalk keeps repeating this mistake!
It started when they got in a muddle having not recorded old email addresses as linked to current broadband account customers. So it needs to be corrected by them completing a form, and yet still sometimes crops up again.

I did an online chat just now at this this page and scrolled down to the contact us bit
I am amazed how quick the issue was resolved.

Please disregard that email, as it does not apply to you since you still have an active account with us. The email was intended for TalkTalk customers who no longer have an active account but are still using the email service.

I will remove you from the list and submit the form on my end so that you will no longer receive the same email in the future. Could you please provide me with all the email addresses that are registered on your account?
