No idea what E-E is, @cadwellpark.

Possibly Everymail?  Not EE?

But you'll probably find a spoofed or harvested sender address if you hover over the sender's name.

Your emails should be active provided you have a current broadband account with Talktalk.

If you have an old email address, make sure it's been associated with the current service. You'll need to contact Talktalk to check.

If you have left Talktalk, you have a grace period before Talktalk itself sends you a link to join Everymail.

There are a lot of scam emails around, so always check the sender and do not click on links if any doubt at all.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.
