Cannot send emails

Have not been able to send emails since Thursday which was reported on Friday last and escalated to a higher level but sending emails is still blocked.
I was told it would be resolved in 48 Hours and also told yesterday that someone would ring be by 4 pm yesterday afternoon but nothing has happened.
PLEASE NOTE THAT I HAVE NO MOBILE SIGNAL WHERE I LIVE SO IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CONTACT ME BY PHONE OR TEXT THROUGH THIS MEDIA

Hi ShonaughEvans, you won't receive any calls from the Community team our support is all via the community. I'm afraid the tool I need to check your mailbox is down at the moment. I'll post back once it's working again.
