Hi there, I wonder if you could tell me why I cannot send new emails through Thunderbird. I click new message but the send button is in grey and therefore will not send a new e-mail. I don't normally use TT webmail and never have but it seems to be since I received the new information about the webmail.

Hi there again. I can get into the internet at the moment which I could before. I have tried a couple of emails which I have not used before and (hopefully) they seem ok.
Could you tell me what was wrong, what did you have to do?
Just as an extra, I did go into the TT webmail and could see my emails in there but could not bring up the list of folders. I hope I can carry on as before.

Can you check your TalkTalk Internet access for me now and let me know if it works? You can do this by trying to reload the site or application you were experiencing problems with, or trying to search for something on the Internet.

I do have broadband with talk talk under a contract. Just to mention I can still send emails for people in my contact list just not first time emails.
I have not received an email stating i need to subscribe anything extra!!!!!

@Diane Please confirm if you've received an email stating that should subscribe to Everymaila as you are not a broadband customer.

If you have received the email about moving to Everymail, this precludes any sending from your account unless you subscribe ss requested.
But, if you are a current broadband customer, Please see here for information.
