I am an existing Talktalk, Landline, Broadband (Fibre) and Mail customer.
I am getting warnings that I need to subscribe to Everymail by 28 June or lose ability to send email.
As an existing customer do I need to subscribe to Everymail.

Hey there, @ajwhistler. We are extremely sorry that you are yet to be able to send emails, the isssue as we said as being looked at and is worked, in some cases there has been progress made. But we assure you this will be solved.

What I must also mention @ajwhistler is that YOU DON'T NEED to subscribe to Everymail since you are still an active Broadband customer to TalkTalk.

Please just follow up on this thread, @ajwhistler.
I've moved the duplicate out of the way. Your form has been completed by staff but the system so far doesn't appear to be working correctly for you to send emails.
Sadly, you have a lot of company and it will be very inconvenient for many people for a while.
Fortunately receiving emails still appears to be working.
If need be, set up a free alternative address to send from and inform recipients.
