I cant access my second email address on TalkTalk webmail, but can access it on my microsoft mail platform, although it is listed on my TalkTalk account. Can someone please help
Hi Foresthoem this is a known issue. If you log out of webmail and then sign in to the second mail does that work?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
