Hi, when I clicked on 'Mark as Spam' up popped a box I have not seen before. It read .....

 

"NEWSLETTER DETECTED.

This is a newsletter. Would you like to unsubscribe, or mark it as spam?"

 

followed by a choice of 3 boxes to click on. One for unsubscribe, one to report spam and one to cancel. Is this a new feature talktalk have installed (I can't find any mention of it on their help pages) or is it a further part of a sophisticated spam email and click on it at your peril? I tried chatbot but unsurprisingly it didn't understand my query. Is there a real person out there who can help?

Hi byeck, its not a TalkTalk feature. You should run a good antivirus and malware detector to see if there's anything on your device that shouldn't be there.
