Talk talk can email us but we can't do so in return

Automated voice refers to an older fault. we should be able to talk to a person instead

Difficult to talk to Technical services especially at the weekend. At least contact by text or whatsapp should be made available

We should be able to email after logging in to the account & explaining the situation

Not only the PC depends on internet but the TV & mobile phone too

Phone support was open till 6pm today, Saturday, but is not open on Sundays. Generally available weekdays 9am - 7pm.

It works perfectly well using mobile data if your wifi is down.

 

You don't need to be logged into My Account to use Chat.
