TT Full Fibrer 900>
Can you create and add new email address in your TT account?
(I know you used to be able to add numerous talktalk.net accounts at one time)
Now you can add up to 5 new mailboxes, but are those just for email addresses you may previously have created with other mail providers?
I can't see a "Manage TalkTalk Mail" section on my TT account also
so I created a mailbox in Mailbox Manager incase that allowed the named maiolbox to become an email address also. But when trying to add that new mailbox to my web mail page, it would just return (wrong credentials...etc)
Any answers would bw appreciated thanks.

Hi @paul643 would there be anything else we can assist you with?

Sorry about that @paul643
When you said. 'Went to My account web mail page', you meant you went to your TalkTalk webmail page, which is separate from 'MyAccount'. There, in Talktalk webmail, you clicked 'Add email account', which can be accessed via the Cogwheel on the right, or via the 3-line button on the left. 'Add email account' adds an existing email address to whatever email addresses are already included in Talktalk webmail. I had previously thought that you were attempting to create a NEW email address, which you already had done in 'Mailbox Manager'
There is a negative when having more than 1 email address in TalkTalk webmail.
You can access the Settings of only the first email address.
You can't access the settings of the second email address.

Your registered MyAccount should be here: https://service.talktalk.co.uk/myaccount/dashboard?order=FTTP
Your Mailbox Manager should here: https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/myaccount/?#/mailbox-manager
Your 2 links are not showing in full.
TalkTalk webmail is here: https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite/ There isn't a 'My account web mail'. I don't understand that.
You can't "Add email account" from TalkTalk MyAccount nor from TalkTalk webmail
To add an email account, go to Mailbox Manager, here:
https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/myaccount/?#/mailbox-manager
Once you go there, what other email addresses are showing there, already?

Logged in to my registered account here: https://service.talktalk.co.uk/...
Mailbox Manager here: https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/myaccount...
Chrome web browser - Win11
Added mailbox with .Tiscali ext in Mailbox manager (Admin)
Mailbox accepted and created it.
(No option to make it.talktalk.net as the former was the only ext hard coded into the fill field.
Apparently, .Tiscali is now obsolete unless you're a customer for now)
Went to My account web mail page and from the (top left "New Mail" drop down)
followed "Add email account" because new named mailbox wasn't showing even after refreshing the page.
Inputted the new details correctly and get the same message I always do...
"Error
The provided login data seems to be wrong. Please correct them."
Inputted server details manually from TT mail settings page. (No avail)
BUT... I finally got it sorted. No idea how, why, what for? But followed above steps this time adding email from this string:
Web mail page - Three horizontal lines atop of each other next to TalkTalk text top left of page - Settings - Accounts -
"Add email account"- Got usual error then manually inputted data and ..."Voila"
Hours of messing around. As I said I'm not sure why, as the first "Add email" was exactly the same????

As far as I understand it, an email address represents an old-fashioned mailbox.
By saying an email address, you are referring to an underlying old-fashioned mailbox.
So you don't need to use both terms, to refer to the same thing.
Yes, there are also alias email addresses, but they always refer the the original email address representing an old-fashioned mailbox.
So, which Mailbox Manager did you log in, to create your new 'mailbox' or new email address?
What is the web address of that Mailbox Manager?
