Creating a new email address for a lineone account

As established in a different topicl, I have two lineone email addresses, one of which is used for my Fibre65 account. A lot has changed since I last logged in to the account; can someone please advise me where I need to go to create another email account linked to my broadband? Also, would a new account here be constrained to lineone format, or could it be TalkTalk? Where would I need to go within my broadband account to set up the new email address, please?

You do this via Mailbox Manager. The link provided mentions mailbox manager, but doesnt contain a link to it. I've been trying to get TalkTalk to add this as it's causing issues without the link.

I believe that creating new emails is only for new customers, so hopefully you will be able to create one, unless this have changed recently.

Alternatively you can open new online email accounts with Microsoft or gmail, which would not require payment should you ever leave TalkTalk.
