I am a current Talk Talk Broadband and landline customer but Everymail have tried to take £50 subscription from my bank - this was rejected by the bank due to an incorrect card number which is just as well. I should not need to pay to keep my TT email account open as I am a current TT customer. My profile has the 2 TT emails I would like to keep. Please can you ensure these are saved. I have also received the Everymail emails saying my Talk Talk email account will be closed - this is an error? Thank you for your help

Thank you so much for the information @MMurray84 , I have completed a webform for you for the Migration Team to exclude you from the migration and for your email address to be working again. this request will be completed within 48 hours of the working days only (Monday to Friday) as hours are not counted over weekends.

Hi Mandisa, thank you. I have checked my profile and the 2 TT email addresses are correct. But, I have also added in a gmail email address and an explanation as to why I have added it. I hope it makes sense. Thanks again for your help.

Thank you for confirming @MMurray84 , You have entered only two email addresses in your private note. Please double-check for any errors, as I will be copying and pasting them directly from the note.

Yes, i have the Everymail banner on my talktalk email account. And Everymail tried to take £50 from my bank account but it was rejected by the bank, so I believe there has been no subscription.

Hi @MMurray84 I’m here to help you with your inquiry. I have accessed your account and confirmed that you have an active broadband account. There's no need for you to sign up for EveryMail. I can complete a web form to ensure you are excluded from the migration, and you can unsubscribe from EveryMail. Could you please confirm if you've received any communications from us regarding signing up for EveryMail on any of your email addresses, or if there’s a banner message displayed when you log into your email?

Hi there @MMurray84, we're really sorry about the inconvenience. This might have happened due to the fact that your email is not linked to an active broadband account. Allow me to have this completed for you, please bare with me while I do this. Thanks
