Hi, my email account will be closing soon, i have managed to download contents as PDF, but the PDF is asking for a password, and my talktalk one does not open it, any advice?

If you are using Adobe, search for tips. It seems to be possible to override.
If you have a Microsoft reader, I find just my Hotmail sign in works, @Marlan.
