Are you still a broadband customer with TalkTalk?
If so have you tried logging into Mailbox Manager?

If you are not a broadband customer and are a Mail plus customer yet to transfer, the above link should also work.
If you have migrated to Everymail you will need to check with them on cancelling, but if you pay monthly and don't pay, your email will soon stop working.
