Hi
I received this error message. I have been using TalkTalk email for many years.
I moved house in February / March, so needed to transfer my account. Is there something I need to do to link my email address to my account to re-enable my email?

@JuneLaw, it won't be in your email inbox, though you'd normally get an email notification to check for a Private Message.
If you check top right by your avatar, see if a number is showing there - then click through to see the envelope beside the bell in the profile area. That's where you access Private Messages and can reply from there too.
But if you are not seeing a number there, it means nothing got sent yet.

@JuneLaw I can confirm that you are an active broadband customer, you shouldn't be affected by this change, and I can see that your email addresses are link. There is a webform I need to submit for you to stop further comms regarding Everymail, however before I do that, Please confirm if the email address you received the Communitions on is the same as the one registered on the account.
