I have received an E-Mail telling me that I will lose my E-Mailing accounts in July , unless I subscribe to Everymail. I have a broadband A/C contract with TalkTalk that runs until 20/8/26, and would be grateful if you would link my E-Mail A/Cs to my broadband A/C so that I may continue to use my E-Mail A/Cs free of charge. Thank You.

@Stewart1ps, please return to the message board and click on start a topic to begin your own thread.

It's really important with the tricky issue of emails and accounts that there is no confusion in the thread, and staff therefore only follow up for the original poster.

Also follow the instructions I gave the OP in my original reply to their topic.

I am a talktalk broadband customer but have continued to use an email address that was allocated to my old a/c. It has now been disabled. How can I continue to use it without extra charge?

Go to your community profile area and make sure that your affected email addresses are listed clearly in Private Notes, in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.

When staff pick up your thread after the weekend, they should process a form for you to ensure that you don't get charged to continue using the addresses whilst a broadband customer, @Iwanda.
