I'm using Mailbird to access e-mail on my PC and the iphone app when out and about....
One of my 3 e-mail addresses has stopped working on both PC and iphone over the weekend.
I've checked my settings on all three accounts and all are identical, with encryption turned on and ports correct.
I tried deleting my faulty account on mailbird and setting it up from scratch but it's login is still being rejected.
Any help on resolving this would be gratefully received.
Thanks

Presumably the email account that's now stopped working received the message from TalkTalk advising "Our records show that you are still accessing your email using unencrypted email settings, because of this, from 17th February you will no longer be able to receive or send emails via this email app or software"?
Have you determined the reason for one or another device to still be using insecure settings? And importantly has that been corrected?
That mailbox will not be able to authenticate a connection until TalkTalk Support restore IMAP/POP3 access.
Prepare for TalkTalk Support - include in the Community Profile (not in these public posts):
Account holder name, TalkTalk home 'phone number (if not Data Only broadband)
Alternative mobile contact number. Full address with postcode (in the Location box)
Scroll down to Private notes to add the email address and customer account number
Check and Save changes
Select here: Update your profile
