Hey there, @Annette83. Could you give us more detail, how are you accessing your emails, via webmail or client APP and if it's by a client email App, which program are using i.e. outlook or yahoo etc.?
Not sure which program you are using but using the mail within a browser I've found if you highlight the mail you want to move by pressing on it or clicking and holding the mouse key and moving the mail left, it brings up a menu button and in there is the move command.
