I have accidentally permanently deleted a email folder from my TalkTalk webmail account, some of which are very important, can this folder and the emails within be retrieved ?
Regrettably, the deletion from the Trash folder whether user instigated or the system auto-deletion after 30 days is not recoverable. TalkTalk do not offer any backup service and the only backup of important messages has to be created by the user.
