Despite several posts, phone calls, chat bots ect  I cannot send e-mails from any of my Talktalk accounts  from my laptop or desktop for over a week. Can receive ok. Message says  Unable to Deliver with code 550 5.7.1. I have anti virus software and have done several full system scans.

My account with G-mail works fine. But if I send a message from g-mail to my Talktalk account it sends message to the  Spam folder. Please unblock my Talktalk accounts.

Renewed my talk talk contract in December!

Hi,

Still unable to send e-mails from Outlook. Changed the Passwords again this morning. No difference. Webmail is ok. E-mails sent back to myself or my gmail account return with Undelivered  error no 550  5.1.7. Unfortunately I was unable to take a phone call from  a talktalk staff expert the other day. What now?

We've got no blocks or limit on your mailbox. If it happens again it's definitely worth resetting the password for something you've never used before.

Ok. Thanks Ady. Web and phone ok. Emails sent back to myself from Outlook or Outlook test messages now end up in the spam folder

It shouldn't keep being limited. I'm checking if it's been limited again if it has I'll escalate this to be resolved for you.

Have reset classic office Outlook several times using settings as supplied by Talktalk. They are the same as i have been using for years. Initially I can send e-mails back to myself then after a few minutes reverts to Undeliverable with the error message 550 5.7.1. and puts Outlook generated test message in the spam folder. Webmail and phone work ok. May just have to use webmail from now on until my contract expires in 2026

What mail settings are you using in Outlook? If it was the email address it would affect webmail sending too.

Have removed all my accounts from classic Outlook checked for updates restarted my PC and reloaded them after long chat with chatbox. Passwords changed. All ok for 15 mins sending messages back to myself and  gmail, then reverted to undeliverable with 550 5.7.1 Reject for policy reason message.Webmail and phone all Ok. What next?

Hi teegeepee65, the account is showing as limited to webmail only. As webmail is working normally, please remove the accounts from Outlook restart it and add the accounts back in then restart Outlook again it should work normally.
