I've received an email saying my email address will be discontinued due to me not being on broadband.
I am on broadband and my email is on the billing account.
Can you check my email is ok and will continue.

@Bod134 Due to the ongoing OX email migration, all email activity in myaccount/talktalk plus has been temporarily suspended, and we are unable to make any changes at this time. This issue is being addressed as a priority. However, I want to assure you that with the webform, your email address will be excluded from future communications about the movement, your email account will remain active, and you will not incur any charges. Please confirm if you have only one email address or if there are any additional email addresses that should be included in the web form.

@Bod134 Please confirm if you only have 1 email address with TalkTalk?
if there is any other emails, please include those emails on your profile under private notes so that they are also excluded.

Hi @Bod134 I have located your broadband account and it is active and I have filled in a webform for your email to be excluded from the moment, I have removed your email address from your post to protect your personal information. In the future, please refrain from sharing personal details in public posts. You will not receive any further communications regarding signing up for OX Mail, and there will be no charges for email services since you have an active account with us.
