I am not receiving gmails (and possibly others) into my tiscali account. I am receiving other emails from different sources

Are you using an app on your phone or webmail? Is the app set to leave a copy of the message on the server? What mail settings are you using in the app POP or IMAP?
To start a new topic go to the email board and click on the Blue button marked as Start A Topic just under the big heading Start a New Discussion

Not sure how to start a new topic. But there is nothing to add. I get emails on my phone but not in web mail and that applies to verification codes sent by TalkTalk! Surely TalkTalk can fix this.

Hi Titibizer, please start a new topic and provide as much information as possible. If a mail client is working to collect your TalkTalk email then your TalkTalk webmail must be working.

I am receiving emails into my phone app but not into web mail. Very frustrating and makes me think reluctantly I should stop using tiscali address. Unless there is a sure and simple fix.

There is a very specific fault in the interface between tiscali.co.uk and the rest of the email world, which means emails originating from Microsoft or Google based email services is not getting through to addresses on tiscali.co.uk. There are now upwards of two dozen individual user reports here in the community, and I spent an hour using online chat on Saturday morning to report the fault to Talktalk. We can only hope that when one of the Talktalk staff arrives on the Community on Monday morning, someone will start getting it fixed.
