My wifes @talktalk.net email account is not receiving some emails,
About 6 weeks ago my wife stopped receiving emails from the children's school, I still get them, and according to the school IT department, she is still on the mailing list, and there are no blocks on her account.
We now know that various other emails have not been getting through (shopping, online accounts etc)
They are not going into the spam folder/deleted items, if i forward the mails they get through, there are no blocks/forwarding rules setup on her account.
How can i resolve this?
