Good afternoon,

I have received an e-mail from talk talk regarding the Everymail charge, stating I am no longer a talk talk broadband subscriber.

However, my broadband is still supplied by talk talk.

Is the issue because the email address linked to my bills etc is not a talk talk address?

Please confirm how I can resolve this

Thanks

@siphosethu-TT, the attachments are visible to staff if you view "edit history" from the 3 dot menu beside the post.

And should be visible in the customer's private notes area anyway!

@Daz1884, I have removed some of the screenshots so as not to display your email address to anyone viewing the thread.

As long as you scrolled down and clicked on SAVE CHANGES after entering the information it should be saved.

Please never display personal/account details in the public thread.

The information is showing in my privacy notes - well at least from my end it is anyway.  I have attached screenshots below

Thank you @Gliwmaeden2, I've just checked too, and @Daz1884 needs to add his details.

The email address is in the customer's private notes in the Personal Information of the customer's forum profile details, @siphosethu-TT.

@Daz1884. can you check in Private Notes again? Anything entered requires you to SAVE CHANGES to retain the information.

Part of that change is that our active email users, who are not broadband customers, are being transitioned to sign up to EveryMail, an Open-Xchange (OX) email product. The inactive orphan email users will be deleted soon after this movement. If no one has helped complete the form, please confirm. Thanks

Please note that I'm asking this as in the account it shows that no email address is linked and I see that the account is active, we are required to complete the form so we can have it linked to avoid you getting charged. Thanks

Did you complete the form to say you have an open broadband account. Thanks
