Email bouncing from multiple organisations

3 separate organisations now have sent me letters because I am signed up to their paperless system but emails to my @talktalk.net address are being bounced. The email is valid - I've received other communications from these same organisations, and the verification code to log in here likewise got through. Not sure what I can do. I use Edison Mail on Android, although presumably it's not even getting.past your servers. I have no filters set.

Android 14.

Not sure how this would affect things, though - my phone is simply picking up, via the email app, what is (or is not) on your server.

I wasn't experiencing any Internet issues. This is simply external organisations informing me by post that emails they have sent, in the normal course of their business with me, have been returned undelivered. Others, from the same organisations, have got through.

Can you check your TalkTalk Internet access for me now and let me know if it works? You can do this by trying to reload the site or application you were experiencing problems with, or trying to search for something on the Internet.

We will need to complete diagnostic checks, however I am not sure if we will detect a fault as you have advised you are able to receive some communication from the same organizations. Just to confirm the email address you having an issue with, is the one updated on your profile?

I'm afraid I don't know if they included attachments or not, as I didn't receive them.

Just to confirm, the emails include attachments?

Hi, not bills specifically being bounced - these are banks/investment companies, so it's statements or notifications of deposit. I am receiving other communications from them; it seems fairly random.

Probably not, but thought worth checking.

Staff will be back tomorrow and can look into further.

You are in the staff's queue for a response.
For a quicker reply can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced. Link here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.

Hi thanks, I've checked Spam and nothing from those three organisations is in there. Although, if it went to Spam, would the sender see it as 'bounced'?

Have you tried logging into Webmail and seeing if they are in your spam folder, and clicking not spam on them?

If not, please check and let us know.
