All outgoing mail failed since yesterday. Outlook stares "recipent cannot be reached". the app gives no information at all?

Hi gordon1322, please reset the email password and use a new never used before password. If you still can't send after an hour please let us know.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
