In last few days, emails from a certain sender are going into junk folder on ipad and iphone client emails, and not getting through to my Thunderbird client. They are coming in to my webmail. Search shows this is not uncommon when receiving several emails from same sender being sent to junk by Apple. I think one said it was since an update, which may well fit with my wife's ipad recently updating. My phone is out of updates.
I can't work out how to stop this, so wondered if anyone has experienced the same and found a way round it?
I have added the company email to my contacts, even made it VIP on my phone but still going to junk. I can transfer the junk to inbox, but that doesn't stop it. Not sure how to label it not junk.
It is an inconvenience and hopefully won't go on much longer once my problems with the company are solved, but any help welcome.
