Thank you for replies from community confirming above email is a genuine email from TalkTalk.

I am still confused by contents of this email headed Meet your New Mail Box. Email refers to changing your password in Mailbox Manager, but my talktalk mail seems unchanged.

Can anyone enlighten me as to where I find Mailbox Manager?

It refers to IF you want to change your password, not that you must or need to.

Your password remains unaltered unless you want to change it.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
