Hi there @Kazoo . I have looked into your account and I can only see 1TalkTalk email address that is on the account, hence you might have received communication that you will have to pay for your other email address. You are registered to TalkTalk mail plus and it allows you to link up to 5 email addresses, however due to the ongoing OX migration we will not be able to link your other email address at the moment. This is being worked on as a priority.

I understood that the email states £5 for up to 5 email addresses.

Does yours say anything different?

All that is happening is that you are moving from TalkTalk to Everymail again I understood this was explained in the email.

Staff here are not back until Monday, and the phone lines too are closed Sunday.

Pease complete your profile and add your email addresses to the private notes field so your account can be traced if you wish staff to confirm the position.

For info, this is what another customer posted as an extract from the email. Hopefully this is what yours says.

We’ve continued to provide your TalkTalk email service free of charge for some time. However, as you’re no longer a TalkTalk broadband customer, we’re unable to continue offering it at no cost.

What this means for you:

If you’d like to continue using your TalkTalk email and have access to your TalkTalk email addresses, you’ll need to sign up for the new Everymail service for a fee of £5 per month or £50 annually, for up to 5 mailboxes.'

Please remember to mark Solved Posts with Best Answer. Doing so helps other customers and saves TalkTalk's Support Team time by only looking at unsolved topics. Thanks, Steve (a fellow customer).
