Cannot send emails again!

Within the last 12 months on numerous occasions I’m unable to send emails which is having a significant impact on my personal business, and it’s happening again today. Outgoing “smtp.talktalk.net” failed. My email is “tinyworld” and I pay £5 per month for the privilege.  Please can you fix this reoccurring issue as a matter of urgency. PLEASE!

I’ve been able to send emails since you made changes mentioned in message on Friday.

Hi @Splitbug This issue has been reported as an incident and is currently being investigated by the incident team.

The problem is intermittent, making it challenging to identify the root cause.

Since this is affecting multiple users, there is nothing you can do individually to resolve it. We will need to conduct checks on your email. Please open a browser now and browse to - www.bbc.co.uk. Once done let me know if the website opens.
