Same issue was only resolved on Monday but once again it says cannot connect to server smtp.tiscali.co.uk. It was fine yesterday.

This is still the case on Sunday evening. Very much hope it gets resolved Monday morning and most importantly stays resolved as it has happened several times in relatively recent past.
