Emails not being delivered to onetel.com

Yet again emails are not being delivered to onetel.com

I can send emails from onetel.com to other email addresses, but nothing has been received since 7:20pm last night.

If I email myself to onetel.com nothing arrives either.

Is there a problem with the service?
