Emails not sending on android Samsung phone

I received a prompt on my phone to configure my settings.  I checked all my email settings on my phone including my password.  I can receive emails but any I send are just queued.

Hi, I only resolved the issue by shutting down my phone and rebooting it.  It seem to work.  Just for clarity, my inbox was not full!

I have the same problem how did you fix it I have checked my settings as well I have not had a message to say I have used my allocation.
