After many years of moving emails to my folders I have just tried moving several emails only for them to return back to my inbox. What can I do to stop this happening?
Are you using TalkTalk Mail webmail or an email client? Is the mail message that returns to the Inbox a copy of the moved mail message that's still in the folder you moved it to?
