You cannot give notice of the end of contract via the forum.

 

You will need to contact and phone the loyalty team to do so.

If your new provider does one touch switching, as most now do, you can ask them to do the switch and notice will be given to TalkTalk, providing it's a like for like switch and not an upgrade.

 

However this sometimes go wrong, so once you have a start date from your new provider I'd strongly recommend you formally give notice via the phone.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
