for the past two weeks I have been unable to receive or send emails via outlook. I get the error message 0x800CCC0E. Is this a problem at talk talk?

First step is to check your mailbox is working via webmail and an Internet browser connection.

Select here:  Sign in to TalkTalk Mail

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail tiscali email address, select Continue and enter the password, select Sign in.

Let us know you can sign in OK and start a new email message and send that successfully.
