I can see from another thread that this issue is supposed to be resolved, but it is not for me. I am able to receive emails from the majority of my contacts, but not from a particularly important business contact whose mails are being bounced back with this error message. I really need this to be sorted - can anyone help?

Hi kpnuts1, it may well be legimate rejection of the mail. If you send me a personal message with the affected email addresses I'll run scans to see if I can see why.
